Discover just how much fun a healthy lifestyle can be.

Over 40 participants are on hand to offer healthy snacks, health checks, massages, exercise classes, talks and practical tips. There’s plenty to do and discover for young and old alike.

Between 12.00 and 16.00 there are additional presentations and lessons on exercise, addiction support and a healthy lifestyle.
