About Kansrijk Brandevoort
Kansrijk Brandevoort is an initiative by committed volunteers who are dedicated to creating a strong, close-knit and inclusive neighbourhood. Since late 2022, we have been working together with residents, the neighbourhood council and various organisations towards a single shared goal: a neighbourhood where everyone feels at home and can get involved.

We believe in the power of coming together. By meeting, helping and supporting one another, we are building a neighbourhood where people look out for one another and where barriers are broken down. A place where trust, positivity and cooperation are at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission
Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of all residents in Brandevoort by fostering connections and making support accessible. We want to create a neighbourhood in which:
- Anyone can take part;
- Anyone can take part;
- Asking for and offering help is a matter of course.
Our vision
We strive for a society in which residents are actively involved with one another and their local environment. A neighbourhood where social cohesion is strong and where people know how to reach out to one another. Our vision for Brandevoort is:
- Where neighbours know and help one another;
- Where neighbourhood-led initiatives are encouraged;
- Where cooperation between residents and organisations is the norm.
Together, we’re shaping the neighbourhood
Kansrijk Brandevoort consists of a core group of volunteers who organise activities, contribute ideas and ensure we stay on track. We also work closely with local organisations, professionals and many committed residents.
Together, we’ll make sure that no one is left behind.
